The staff, Kat, Vennessa, Lori, Joanie were all very friendly and helpful. Nice to see Vennessa and Joanie from last year. Thank you for accommodating us with the rooms requested. The couple we had with us have never been to the Finger Lakes. They enjoyed the experience. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. Breakfast has a nice variety. Hope to see you all next year.

I forgot to pack the mask for my CPAP machine when leaving. 20 minutes later I remembered... so I went back as the ladies cleaning the room had just started on mine, found it and had already put it aside in a plastic bag. I was soooo relieved. The room was clean and the amenities were adequate. I didn't partake of the breakfast as I'm a late riser so just had a fruit, yogurt and coffee.

Great location in town, close to shops and coffee and near the bike-walking trail. Clean and quiet.

Wonderful and helpful staff! Check-in was quick and welcoming. I had questions about the solar eclipse and the front desk staff was very patient and knowledgeable and provided us some tips about the eclipse festivities in the area. Later when I had to switch payment methods, the manager was very helpful and quick in making it right. Clean, large, and uncluttered rooms! Breakfast was also great. No issues with that.

I love that you allow pets to stay. That is a big reason that I book with you. It is just bonus that your staff has always been so friendly every time I visit your establishment. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with everything you need. I find it to be a really good value and the fact that it is in the middle of everything is also great.

Great place to stay in Penn Yan in the Finger Lakes region. Been coming here for years. Ashley and Vanessa from the front desk and Nikki in housekeeping and the breakfast attendant-all extremely professional and kind. They admitted how they love serving the people and the guests and they just really made our experience a nice one and got us anything we needed. They deserve a ton of credit. I’d like to thank the management for this nice hotel-we will be back. Thanks again!! Cannot say enough good things -it’s worth every penny to stay here.

Staff was fantastic - very welcoming and helped with every single thing we needed. We had booked a single room and didn’t realize how small it was - we brought a road bike and needed a larger room / we’re able to get upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. We took advantage of breakfast and the pool and loved the complimentary lemon water, coffee and cookies. Fantastic location - we were able to walk to all our fave spots in town. We will definitely be back!

Microwave and fridge in the room, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean with enough towels for my family. The pool area is nice and fun for the kids.

A very nice, clean ,modern hotel.Simple but good breakfast offered.restaurants and stores all with in walking distance. Good location between 2 lakes.
