I forgot to pack the mask for my CPAP machine when leaving. 20 minutes later I remembered... so I went back as the ladies cleaning the room had just started on mine, found it and had already put it aside in a plastic bag. I was soooo relieved. The room was clean and the amenities were adequate. I didn't partake of the breakfast as I'm a late riser so just had a fruit, yogurt and coffee.

I love that you allow pets to stay. That is a big reason that I book with you. It is just bonus that your staff has always been so friendly every time I visit your establishment. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with everything you need. I find it to be a really good value and the fact that it is in the middle of everything is also great.

Great place to stay in Penn Yan in the Finger Lakes region. Been coming here for years. Ashley and Vanessa from the front desk and Nikki in housekeeping and the breakfast attendant-all extremely professional and kind. They admitted how they love serving the people and the guests and they just really made our experience a nice one and got us anything we needed. They deserve a ton of credit. I’d like to thank the management for this nice hotel-we will be back. Thanks again!! Cannot say enough good things -it’s worth every penny to stay here.

Staff was fantastic - very welcoming and helped with every single thing we needed. We had booked a single room and didn’t realize how small it was - we brought a road bike and needed a larger room / we’re able to get upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. We took advantage of breakfast and the pool and loved the complimentary lemon water, coffee and cookies. Fantastic location - we were able to walk to all our fave spots in town. We will definitely be back!

A very nice, clean ,modern hotel.Simple but good breakfast offered.restaurants and stores all with in walking distance. Good location between 2 lakes.

The hotel is centrally located with plenty of parking. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. My husband loved the cookies in the lobby, which was a really nice treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I missed the hot breakfast but coffee, juice, muffins and pastry were still available. I was delighted to discover the selection of gluten-free muffins! The women working the breakfast station was lovely.

the property manager Nikki Mason was totally amazing with the best customer service and attention to guest needs. she was the best ever. thank you Nikki for making us welcome very centrally located with major conveniences all around and within walking distance

It's a great location and the staff is very good. The complimentary breakfast is ok,it's nice to have some choice to begin the day. Really appreciate the coffee and tea available all day.
